Udupi City Police Recover 60 Stolen Mobile Phones, Return Them to Owners

In a major relief to residents, Udupi city police successfully recovered 60 stolen mobile phones valued at over ₹8.8 lakh and returned them to their rightful owners. The recovery was made as part of a special investigation drive aimed at tracing lost and stolen mobile devices across the city.

The phones had been reported missing or stolen at different times and from various locations within Udupi city and nearby areas. Using technical tracking methods, coordination with service providers, and sustained follow-up on complaints, police were able to locate and recover the devices from different parts of the district.
