Role & Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Salary Account Salesperson, you will have the exciting opportunity to:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential corporate clients for our comprehensive salary account services.
Utilize market research, prospecting, and networking to uncover new opportunities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with HR managers, finance departments, and key decision-makers within target companies.
Tailor product offerings to address the unique needs of corporate clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
Product Knowledge:
Possess an in-depth understanding of our bank’s salary account products, features, and benefits.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products to potential clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase the advantages of our salary account services.
Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure new business opportunities.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records to track client interactions, sales activities, and outcomes.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with impressive interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in building and nurturing client relationships.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Driven by results and motivated to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly salary accounts and corporate banking, is advantageous.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to stay informed about industry trends and changes.
Perks and Benefits:
Competitive salary ranging from INR 18,374.00 to INR 27,000.00 per month.
